Capital Tax Collection Bureau Board of Directors Meetings are held quarterly at the Bloomfield Borough Building Upper Level Entry to Council Chambers, 25 East McClure St, New Bloomfield PA 17068. Meeting agendas and zoom information will be posted one week prior to the meeting.
